Before you book, please note: This cabin is best suited for guests looking for a quiet mountain getaway: No parties or events and quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM (we love our neighbors and respect the community). No pets and no smoking or vaping. The cabin is on a septic system – only toilet paper may be flushed. The primary guest must be 25+ and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation (no third-party bookings). There are stairs inside the cabin and no large trailers or campers are allowed due to access/parking. For safety and guest verification, there is an exterior Ring camera facing the driveway/entry. No cameras are inside the cabin. Full house rules are listed in the “House Rules” section and in our digital house manual sent before arrival.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. No smoking Not suitable for pets Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 10AM Self check-in with lockbox This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean. **Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules: NO SMOKING IN THE CABIN AT ALL NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions NO Excessive guests NO Firearms NO Mailing Packages to the home. NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance - we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and claims filed with Airbnb for damages. We must respect the peace of the community! Welcome to our cozy nook of Mineral Bluff, which feels miles away from it all, but is a short 12 min drive to the downtown area of Blue Ridge. Also nearby (15 min) is the charming city of McCaysville, which has shops and restaurants along the river. The drive to the cabin is almost completely on paved roads, with the exception of one short flat section of gravel. We have a ChargePoint electric vehicle charger on site to make electric vehicle charging easy for you while you're exploring the mountains.

Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a detailed welcome message containing everything you need for a smooth check-in. This includes: A link to the digital guidebook with cabin details, local recommendations, and helpful tips. Driving directions to the property, optimized for GPS and easy to follow. Your unique door code for the smart lock, active only during your stay. You’ll have full, private access to the cabin and all listed amenities. We’re always just a message away if you need anything during your visit—but otherwise, the space is entirely yours to enjoy.

Staying at Jason's place was a wonderful experience. It was a perfect getaway from the city - less than a 2 hour drive from Atlanta. The cabin seems newly renovated, was extremely clean, and well stocked. We loved the screened-in porch and spent most of our time out there. This is the perfect place for a couple's getaway or a small family trip up to the mountains. Jason was very accessible and responsive. Would highly recommend!

This was such a peaceful and cozy stay for our anniversary. The home looks just like the photos and had everything we needed. We were out fishing and shopping both days, but I was within 10-15 minutes of lots of great food and a really cute downtown. Our down time was spent on the back deck with the mountain view. Thank you for providing such a beautiful space!

The place was incredible. Not only were the views breathtaking but the place was beautifully decorated and had anything we could have needed. It felt private and secluded while being conveniently close to town. This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed and I will for sure be back!

Jason’s place was wonderful. We got about 6 inches of snow while we were there unexpectedly and it was magical. He was super responsive to us and helpful in terms of navigating the storm. He proactively offered us a late checkout because of concerns over the drivability of the roads and was super responsive to us.

We really enjoyed our girls weekend away! The home is absolutely beautiful with a great screened in porch and awesome view. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Jason and Michael were great hosts and very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely return to this lovely home!
